i once got up to weigh 155lbs.
can drop pounds 3x faster than gain
160lbs and increased physical fitness
boxing or kickboxing
finding someone on my level to workout with
think of women
a properly done workout that will eventually increase strength, speed and stamina
I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
