    About Me

    • I am a triathlete trying to get back into shape.
      I like to have fun when working out, but I also like to get a good workout in.
      I have competed in the Ironman 7 times. I do not consider myself hardcore. I like to meet people and have a good time.
      I am not the manly man type. Just a down to earth easy going person.
      I will train with females or males. Does not matter as long as the company is good and the training is good.

    • Doing a 9 hour and 35 minute Ironman

    • Going from 140 lbs to 180 lbs

    • To break 10 hours at an Ironman

    • Rowing

    • Being new to California I am not sure about all of the routes and places.

    • Look at the light at the end of the tunnel.
      Know that I have been there before and can do it.

    • It just depends. Being able to go out for hours and finish a long ride and a long run.

      Or having a great trail run with a group of people.

      Or doing a great short time trial and really hitting it hard.

      Or climbing a huge mtn and getting it done.

      There are a lot of ways to define a great workout.

    Fitness Details

    • Improve overall health

    • I am able to get started, and once started I give myself a decent workout.

    • I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.

    • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

    • I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.

    • Evenings (5pm-10pm)
