Inspiring Story from Track and Field in Beijing

By: proctor - August 24, 2008
I will never again take for granted my daily run in the park near our apartment after reading this article on Yahoo! Sports about two Olympic Runners from Somalia. In fact, I will feel fortunate every time I get to even walk to the grocery store. If you have five minutes, read this article by Charles Robinson and you will find it hard to not say "I am fortunate" next time you walk out of your house for a run, a walk, or just to say hi to your neighbor. I am so thankful every year that the Olympics occur because we get to be exposed to amazing stories like this one.
