Nordic Pole Walking provides the health benefits of regular urban walking with the total-body training benefits of Nordic skiing. Nordic pole walking can be done by most individuals regardless of age, conditioning and ability.
It is easily learned, adaptable to differing surface conditions, seasons, weather and altitudes.
