    About Me

    • I just moved up to Santa Maria in September 2007 (coming from Orange County) and I need some workout buddies. It has always been a challenge for me to workout by myself. I used to workout 2 to 4 times a week with my girfriends back in OC. I'm about to start work for the City of Santa Maria. I'm a licensed esthetician that specializes in chemical peels with PCA Skin. I'm married with no children or pets. I'm allergic to cats. I have 3 stability balls, some light weights, pilate stretch bands, and an elliptical machine at my townhome. Before age 21, I use to play softball and swim. I hope to meet a few good women who like to work out and sweat. :)

    • About 4 years ago my personal trainer was working with me 3 times a week doing weight training and stability ball workouts. I was in my top form and very toned. I was able to model with confidence.

    • Right now is my lowlight. I have gained some extra weight, but it's not too noticable with non-tight clothes on. I'm about 126 pounds. My highlight fitness was around 110 - 112 pounds.

    • To be able to wear a tight dress or bikini and not feel subconscious.

    • I've never done: rock climing, rowing, or tennis. They all sound fun to try.

    • Doing it by myself.

    • Workout with friends or a trainer.

    • If I sweat and if I feel soar the next day or two.

    • I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.

    • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

    • I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.

    • I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.

    • Evenings (5pm-10pm)

      Hey! Welcome to FitLink! I hope you enjoy your new job. Here's a trick to get back to your top form where you felt the best-Hop on your stability ball when you get home from work each day, and do 3 exercises that you and your personal trainer used to do. Before you know it, you'll have remembered a lot of the exercises and have gotten your body and brain exercised!
