About Me

  • I have been working out for 14 years. Recently I discovered some of that working out stressed my shoulder and caused some disc problems in my back. So now going to PT, relearning safe things to do to keep/increase muscle in other areas, and keep lean/muscular - as I used to be heavy. This seemed a great site to manage a very hectic and stressing schedule I have embarked on to do PT for shoulder and back 3 days a week, some leg PT for lower back 3 days a week - and fit in some chest and tricepts.

  • I used to be 26% body fat - and at my lowest point lost 45 lbs.

  • Lowlight would be now - hurting my shoulder and not having the comfort and energy of great routines to keep away other stress in life - and instead by stressed by hurt body parts as I get older - and having to relearn things (not to mention great pain from the injury and extreme PT treatments). Also, dealing with fact that can never lift weights overhead again - so lots of realities to face - and find alternative solutions!

  • Rehab my shoulder and back so no more pain! In process focus on abs and lower pecs (two body parts I never focused on before). Ab work has been great so far! Getting leaner and more defined, not bigger (as that was always my goal before).

  • I tried swimming last year and enjoyed it. I think its in the cards as I get older but no time at moment. I love Raquetball and would love to play.

  • Sometimes getting there after a long, busy day.

  • Good music. Good routines.

  • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

  • I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.

  • Evenings (5pm-10pm)
