I'm looking to work out more consistently. Run, walk, bike, swim....
Not staying with it.
Consistent working out, lose some weight and tone up.
Getting started. Going to the gym.
Really trying to work on this, but while I'm working out, I like motivating music.
There are all kinds of workouts but I love the kind where I'm tired and sweaty and happy at the end.
Lose body fat
I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
