    • I'm looking to work out more consistently. Run, walk, bike, swim....

    • Consistent working out, lose some weight and tone up.

    • Crossfit.

    • Getting started. Going to the gym.

    • Really trying to work on this, but while I'm working out, I like motivating music.

    • There are all kinds of workouts but I love the kind where I'm tired and sweaty and happy at the end.

    • I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.

    • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
