Group Fit Club Challenge

About The Group

  • Everyone is welcome to this group. I will be starting a fitness challenge (as soon as I get some interest). If I am able to get enough interest, I would love to keep the challenge going. I would love to have some locals (Jacksonville area) involved, but those who are not nearby can join the challenge via online. The challenge will be led by myself and my fiance, so both men and women are invited! Whether your goal is to lose weight, bulk up, tone up, or simply become healthy and active, this will be a great opportunity for you, and anyone that you know that may want to do the challenge with you.

    Several people have asked for more information so here's the basics: It will last either 6 weeks, 60 days, or 90 days, and what will happen is that we will vote on a program to all follow. It will be up to you to follow the program, but we will be here for support any time you need it, and we will have weekly conference calls. The rest of the details will be worked out once we get a good group of people.
