  • Stroller fitness class for prenatal and postpartum moms, looking to get back into shape or maintain their fitness level throughout their pregnancy. We do interval training, with power walking, jogging, and strength training with exercise tubes, body weight and sometimes babies. It's a great way to build new friendship and exercise in a mom friendly environment without having to leave your little ones in childcare. Taught by nationally certified fitness professionals.
