Beach Boot Camp that incorporates all aspects of health and fitness. During the Classes we utilize resistance training, cardio, core and balance through a variety of exercises and circuits. Our goal is to take the now popular "boot camp" and make it less militaristic and more fun with better results!
We also have group activities. A lot of Fit Clubbers compete in Tri's and runs. So there are always people going out for rides or runs, swims and hiking groups.
