Golf is a great form of exercise that utilizes high-impact movements but with little injury. You definitely will have a better golf game if your body is strong and flexible, so you should do a little bit of cross-training to keep improving all of the time. There are municipal golf courses in every state that are accessible to every one at a nominal fee.
