38 year old female
Hi everyone! Someone who works out at 4-4:30 would be ideal. Swimming is a great workout so I would prefer someone that likes to swim, a boxing class without the bag, and a dance class,and just walking. I'm a member of the YMCA so someone already a member or willing to join would be a plus. I'm 60 llbs overweight so someone who isn't a marathon runner or in fantastic shape is probably not my cup of tea, or I'm probably not theirs either.
I love the feeling of working out.

I have trouble getting started, but once started I give myself a decent workout.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
