37 year old male
Just got Medically retired from the military. I am looking to get back into healthy shape. I use to be 180lbs nothing but muscle but then i got hurt. Over the past year since my back surgery I ballooned up to almost 240. I am using this site to help me track and make sure I complete my goals.
Lose body fat
I have spurts of consistent exercise, but then go through periods of inactivity.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
