  • Weightlifting and playing Basketball.

  • a.) Improve my chest muscles vastly.
    b.) Run a mile under 8 minutes.
    c.) Bench 200 pounds or more.
    d.) Be able to touch my toes.

  • I'm away from the girls.

  • When I've worked out so much, all i want to do is lay down. If I'm sore the following day it is just reassurance to my good workout.
