Exercises with your thighs as the primary target:

  • Hip Adduction

    Add resistance to your inner thigh workout so that it doesn't take as long to fatigue your inner thighs as when you do it without the tube.

  • Squats

    Standing on the tube adds more resistance than just your body weight alone. You can make it even more challenging by shortening the length of the tube.

Exercises with your thighs as a contributor:

  • Back Extension

    This offers slightly more resistance than simply hinging forward into a table top position with no resistance.

  • Glute Press

    Using the tube for glute press adds resistance in order to make your hip fatigue in fewer reps.
