Tricep Exercises

Exercises with your triceps as the primary target:

  • Tricep Dip - Bodyweight

    This exercise focuses on the triceps and must be done with proper form and a small range of motion in order to ensure that you are not sacrificing the health of your rotator cuffs.

  • Chest Press - Smith Machine - Machine

    The Smith Machine is a piece of equipment used in weight training, usually in gyms. It consists of a barbell that is fixed within steel rails, allowing only vertical movement. The weight is placed on the ends of the barbell then slid to the midline.
