Lower Body Exercises

Exercises with your lower body as the primary target:

  • Knee Lifts

    This is a good exercise to prepare you for step ups onto a step or a bench.

  • Hip Adduction With Squats

    This exercise strengthens the thighs and challenges your balance as you stand on one leg.

  • Side-lying Hip Adduction

    This is executed laying on either side to strengthen the inner thigh of the bottom leg.

  • Side-lying Legs Lift

    This is done laying down on your side with both legs squeezing together as you lift them off the floor.
