Exercises with your biceps as the primary target:

  • Rotating Bicep Curl

    This is a great exercise to isolate the arms independently so that the stronger arm cannot assist the weaker arm.

Exercises with your biceps as a contributor:

  • Bosu Sit

    This is the foundation for all seated Bosu exercises and translates to good posture while using the stability ball as well.
