    • Exercise partnering actually jump starts the exercising process. Many people are reluctant to work out alone. Or have experienced solo work outs and discovered that they are not being pushed to the next level. As a personal trainer I realized that the ultimate goal of the trainer is to make his or her self obsolete. Meaning that the client is now structured and motivated to exercise consistently. In the event that there are bumps, and there will be bumps, Exercise Partners are here to guide you right back on track. Our mission is to empower and help people develop good lifestyle habits.

      The business was born with the idea that many people cannot afford expensive personal training sessions, a service that is traditionally considered a luxury service, available only to the wealthy. One of the biggest realizations is that a trainer cannot whip you into shape, without your consent. Therefore even if you invested in a personal training program the results are still determined by your lifestyle habits. Exercise Partners brings a personal training style approach to exercising without the expensive price tag.

      Exercise Partnering involves having a motivating force reminding you of your workouts, instructing you on perfect form, and HOLDING YOU ACCOUNTABLE. Accountability is a major issue that many people have when dealing with exercising and the fitness industry. Our goal is to get you in the habit of exercising, and the beauty of our service is that you are not financially burned with drafts out of your account. You control your sessions, but remember you are ACCOUNTABLE for your off time.
