  • Sit on the ball with your feet hip-width apart. If you have a 6 inch ball, place it between your knees. Place your fingertips on your shoulders with your elbows lifted to shoulder height.

  • Sit tall and twist your torso to the right from the waist up. Return to starting position continuing to sit tall and lift up out of your hips without opening your ribcage and arching your back. Reverse.

  • Abdominals 

  • Internal/external obliques

  • TIP: You can place your hands on your lower ribs or behind your head.
