Sun Salutation
Sit on the ball with your feet hip width apart, spine lifted and feet in tripod position (equal weight between big toe, little toe, and heel).
Press your palms together with your elbows pointing to the sides of the room. Push your arms overhead with your palms together. Separate them by opening out to your sides and diving forward with your body. Round up through your spine until you are seated upright, then press your palms together again at chest height.
Stability ball. You can also do this standing.
Erector spinae
TIP: Pull your shoulders down and press your hands together to engage your pecs.
