Knee Lift With Extension
Sit on a stability ball with your feet hip width apart and back erect with your abs engaged. Place your arms straight out from your shoulders.
Shift your weight to your left hip and foot, then lift your right foot off the floor about two inches. Extend your lower leg until your knee is straight, then bend the knee and lower your right foot to the floor.
TIP: This is one level harder than just lifting the foot off the floor since you have to balance longer, and the straightening of the leg can throw off your balance.
Variations for Knee Lift With Extension
Sitting on the ball while lifting one knee challenges your balance and strengthens your core.
