Torso Twist - Resistance Tube

  • Place tube around pole or place the assist strap in the doorway. Stand with your feet together and abdominals engaged, holding the tube handle with your inside hand. Bend your legs slightly.

  • Twist your upper body away from the tube, keeping your hips completely stationary. Go as far as you can without moving your hips and legs, then resist the tube to return to your starting position.

  • Abdominals 

  • Arms  Shoulders 

  • Internal/external obliques

  • TIP: Keep your shoulders pulled down and your arms rounded.
