Shoulder Shrugs - Resistance Tube

  • Stand on the tube with both feet holding a handle with each hand. Bend your knees slightly and pull your shoulders down. Palms should face the front of your legs with thumbs slightly rotated forward.

  • Lift your shoulders towards your ears. Lower back to starting position.

  • Shoulders 

  • TIP: Keep your chest broad, avoiding the temptation to round forward.
