Stand on the tube with both feet holding a handle with each hand. Bend your knees slightly and pull your shoulders down. Palms should face the front of your legs with thumbs slightly rotated forward.
Lift your shoulders towards your ears. Lower back to starting position.
TIP: Keep your chest broad, avoiding the temptation to round forward.
