Internal Rotation - Resistance Tube

  • Secure tube around fixture at shoulder height then step back with hands and elbows at the same height as your shoulders, palms facing each other. Place your feet directly under your hips.

  • Keep your elbow still and pull your right palm towards your stomach, rotating your shoulder in its joint without moving your elbow.

  • Shoulders 

  • Medial deltoid

  • TIP: Think of pivoting from your elbow so that your upper arm is always parallel to your body and perpendicular to the floor.
