Incline Chest Press - Resistance Tube

Other types of Incline Chest Press: Free Weight Machine Stability Ball


  • Place tube around stable fixture or place assist strap in doorway. Face away from the tube with a handle in each hand. Step forward with one foot and bend your knee.

  • Press your arms at an upwards angle, stopping when your hands are just above head height. Pause, then return to a 90 degree angle and repeat. The tubes should be just above your arms so that they clear your arms while you do the exercise.

  • Chest 

  • Arms  Shoulders 

  • TIP: Keep your elbows in front of your torso.
