Place tube around stable fixture or place assist strap in doorway. Face away from the tube with a handle in each hand. Step forward with one foot and bend your knee.
Press your arms at an upwards angle, stopping when your hands are just above head height. Pause, then return to a 90 degree angle and repeat. The tubes should be just above your arms so that they clear your arms while you do the exercise.
TIP: Keep your elbows in front of your torso.
