Secure the tube at knee or ankle height around an immovable object, then make a loop with the exercise tube and place your right foot or ankle in the loop. The tube should be on your right side. Step away from the tube.
Holding onto the immovable object, stand tall on your left leg as you pull your right leg to it. Resist the pull as you release the contraction. Your foot may need to cross slightly in front of your standing leg.
TIP: The outside of your right thigh should be facing the immovable object so that you are using your inner thigh muscles.
