  • Hook one handle around the tip of your foot then around the middle of your foot. Or, you can make a loop in the end and put it around the middle of your foot. Secure the other end around a pole or shut the assist strap in the door at about knee height.

  • Hold on to a stable surface and face the tube. Lift your foot then press the sole of your foot to the back of the room using your glute muscles. Resist the pull of the tube and release, keeping your hips still.

  • TIP: Place your left hand on your hip so that it can monitor your hips so they stay still.
