Forearm Curl - Resistance Tube

  • Step on the middle of a light resistance tube with one handle in each hand. Bend your elbows to 90 degrees, palms up.

  • Curl your knuckles back towards your elbow, then lower and repeat.

  • Arms 

  • Wrist extensors and flexors

  • TIP: Keep your elbows still so that you can focus on your forearms and not your biceps.

Variations for Forearm Curl

  • Reverse Forearm Curl

    It is important to strengthen your forearms with an overhand grip, as well as underhand. You can switch from the underhand grip directly to this exercise with virtually no transition time.
