Decline Chest Press - Resistance Tube

  • Secure the tube on a stable fixture or close the assist strap in a high position in a doorway. Hold one handle in each hand and face away from the wall. Step forward with one foot and bend your knee.

  • Press the handles down towards the floor at an angle. Straighten your elbows, pause and squeeze your chest muscles, then return your elbows to a 90 degree angle.

  • Chest 

  • Arms  Shoulders 

  • Pectoralis major and minor, Anterior deltoids, Biceps brachii

  • TIP: Keep the tubes on top of your arms so that they just skim your arms while you are moving your arms.
