Chest Fly - Resistance Tube

  • Place the tube around a stable fixture or close the assist strap in the doorway. Face away from the tube with one handle in each hand. Step one foot forward and bend your knee.

  • Keep your elbows slightly lower than your shoulders and maintain a rounded arm position as you close your arms towards each other. Pause, then open your arms until your elbows are even with your shoulders.

  • Chest 

  • Arms  Shoulders 

  • Pectoralis major and minor, Anterior deltoids, Biceps brachii

  • TIP: Position the tube slightly above your shoulders so that while you are doing the fly, the tube does not slide against your arm.
