Step on the tube with both feet, making sure the tube is under the ball of your foot. Hold one handle in each hand.
Lift your heels, pulling the tube with you to create extra resistance. Lower your heels slowly to the floor.
TIP: This is best done with shoes on so that your foot muscles can shift the majority of the work to your calves, rather than having to clench the tube so it does not roll, which may happen if you do not wear shoes.
