Bicep Curl - Resistance Tube

  • Step on the tube with both feet and knees slightly bent. Rotate your palms outward so that your thumbs face away from each other.

  • Pull your hands towards your shoulders, stopping when your hands are a fist's distance away from your shoulders. Lower your arms slowly to the starting position keeping your elbows still.

  • Arms 

  • Biceps brachii, Brachialis, Brachioradialis

  • TIP: Keep your elbows slightly in front of you and your shoulders back and pulled down.
