Step on the tube with both feet and knees slightly bent. Rotate your palms outward so that your thumbs face away from each other.
Pull your hands towards your shoulders, stopping when your hands are a fist's distance away from your shoulders. Lower your arms slowly to the starting position keeping your elbows still.

TIP: Keep your elbows slightly in front of you and your shoulders back and pulled down.
