Oblique Twist With Medicine Ball
Stand on one foot with the other foot placed at the opposite ankle. Hold a medicine ball in front of your sternum.
Twist from the waist towards the right wall, then return to center and continue to the left. Keep your hips and legs still without any twisting.
Medicine ball or light-medium weight object
Quadriceps Femoris, Gastrocnemius, Soleus, Obliques
TIP: Focus on the ball and carry your head with you as you twist.
