Lateral Lunges With Medicine Ball
Hold a medicine ball and stand with your feet together. You could use dumbbells or weight plates instead for added resistance.
Lower the ball to the outside of your knee as you lunge, then when you return to your standing position pull it to your chest with your shoulders back.
Use a medicine ball to add resistance to this lunge
Rectus femoris, Vastus lateralis, Vasuts medialis, Vastus intermedius, Adductor longus, Adductor brevis, Adductor magnus, Gluteus maximus, Soleus, Erector spinae
TIP: Touch the ball to the floor for more challenge.
