Pick up a medicine ball then lay down on your back with both knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
Hold the medicine ball in your hands about a foot in front of your chest and lift your head and shoulders off the floor, maintaining the shape in your arms. Lower slowly bringing the medicine ball with you.
