Adjust the back pad so that your feet reach the foot pad comfortably.
Press your heels up lifting the weight, then lower your heels and feel a stretch in your calves.
TIP: Press the weight up with even pressure across the ball of your foot so that your ankle does not roll towards your pinky toes. Think of moving straight up and down through the center of your ankle joint, not sacrificing proper form for more height.
