Stand with your knees slightly bent, engage your abs, and slightly retract your scapulae.
Lift the dumbbells straight in front of your shoulders with palms down. Pause at shoulder height, then lower slowly to the starting position.
Anterior deltoid, Pectoralis major, Lateral deltoid, Middle and lower trapezius, Serratus anterior
TIP: Keep your arms parallel to each other and your chin parallel to the floor.
