Eversion - Free Weight

Other types of Eversion: Bodyweight Resistance Tube


  • Sit on a chair or bench with a towel on the floor (hardwood is preferable). Place a lightweight dumbbell on the right end of the towel, and your left foot on the opposite end.

  • Pull the towel with your outer ankle towards the left side of the room. See inversion for the reverse movement.

  • Lower Legs 

  • Lower legs

  • TIP: This exercise is still very beneficial when done without a weight. Simply use a towel.
