Eversion - Free Weight
Other types of Eversion: Bodyweight Resistance Tube
Sit on a chair or bench with a towel on the floor (hardwood is preferable). Place a lightweight dumbbell on the right end of the towel, and your left foot on the opposite end.
Pull the towel with your outer ankle towards the left side of the room. See inversion for the reverse movement.
Lower legs
TIP: This exercise is still very beneficial when done without a weight. Simply use a towel.
