  • Stand with your feet together and inner thighs engaged. Raise your arms overhead and interlace your fingers keeping your pointer fingers extended.

  • Inhale, then exhale and twist to your right. At the end of your exhale, inhale and return to facing forward. Inhale then exhale and twist to your left. Inhale and return to facing front.

  • Abdominals 

  • Internal/external obliques

  • TIP: Stand as tall as you can even as you twist, as if your spine is a candy necklace and you are trying to separate each piece of candy.
