Lay in hook-lying position (on your back with your feet hip width apart and feet flat). Place your hands behind your head.
Lift your head and shoulders up and twist your torso towards the right leg, continue through the center, then twist to face the left leg.

TIP: Twist your entire torso from the waist upward as you move to the left or the right, keeping your neck in neutral.
