Wrap your hands and put on your gloves. Warm up with arms circles, head circles and light stretches. Add small weight transitions side to side to increase your heart rate staying light on your feet, jumping from your left foot onto your right foot and back to your left.
Stay warm and light on your feet while you practice. Stretch out any muscle that starts to cramp up and stay hydrated.
Punching bags may look slightly different but all are heavy enough to really take a hit.
