Every Saturday this Spring, start your day off right with some yoga on the wii fit!
Get your heart rate up with this accessible workout and do your body good. If you don't have access to a bike, just make the whole workout a walking workout. Do some simple stretches afterwards for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
