About The Event

  • This is only 11 minutes long, or you can double it for a 22 minute workout, etc....or half it if you only have 6 minutes to workout today. It's impossible to come up with an excuse as to why you couldn't workout for 6 minutes, right? If you don't have a hump rope, use an imaginary one. Remember to stretch afterrwards.
