This is for a baic fitness course like no other! We meet on the grounds of the Washington Monument most days, at 0545. The instructor is a former Navy Seal, and natural motivator. All fitness levels exist in our group, you work at your own pace, but the teamwork aspect makes it VERY motivating!!!
You can sign up for the two week course, or check out the website about which days are open to guests to try out one workout (usually Thursday in DC). My son and I both participate -- we finally agree on something -- this is very simply the best workout. I'm military, and have never enjoyed any PT activity like this.
