I am beginning to work out more seriously and thought that this site would help me keep going
i played basketball for 22 hours straight
when i first started running and i ran down the street and gave up
to run 3 miles in under 20 minutes
yoga
to keep going and not quitting
just think about what might happen to my body if i stop
playing basketball then running for a while
Improve cardiovascular strength
I am able to get started, but need help pushing myself through a hard workout.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I prefer partners who push through an intense workout with minimal chit-chat.
