I hope to become much stronger. At last semester's weight lifting competition, I lifted a combined 750 pounds. I would like to get close to 850 pounds by May 2nd. I hope to run a mile in five minutes and 48 seconds by the end of the quarter. I hope to have a sit and reach of thirteen by the end of the quarter. I hope to do 90 full sit ups by the end of the quarter.
My power clean is my best lift. I can do 230 pounds for one repetition.
I hope to be able to squat three hundred and fifteen pounds by the end of the quarter.
I would be interested in playing tennis.
I find the desire to stick to a routine the most difficult thing about working out.
I am consistent and able to workout intensely.
I am experienced, knowledgeable and fairly skilled.
I prefer friendly partners who help me work harder than I do on my own.
