  • I am dedicated cyclist whom i want to learn some training of yoga and Pilates and Balance Ball to improve my core to help my cycling and over all health

  • Meeting my goals I set for my self during every training or event ride.

  • To be able to race next year, if have no more pysical injuries.

  • Youga, Pilates, Cardio work outs.

  • The feeling of accomplishment the day after... and the effects on my body.

  • Watch other work out or other rider.

  • Sweat and tired after I am done.

  • I am consistent and able to workout intensely.

  • I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.

  • I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.

  • I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.

  • Evenings (5pm-10pm)
