Cycliing, Ride events..
I am dedicated cyclist whom i want to learn some training of yoga and Pilates and Balance Ball to improve my core to help my cycling and over all health
Meeting my goals I set for my self during every training or event ride.
To be able to race next year, if have no more pysical injuries.
Youga, Pilates, Cardio work outs.
The feeling of accomplishment the day after... and the effects on my body.
Watch other work out or other rider.
Sweat and tired after I am done.
Improve overall health
I am consistent and able to workout intensely.
I have worked out a little but have a lot to learn.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I like to workout with friends, but still want to get a good workout.
