Busy Professional with a heavy travel schedule. I look for like-minded, health conscious people that want to perform at their best because they can, not because they must.
I want a 32 inch waist down from a 36 inch waist
rowing. I've never done this consistently.
finding the time. I'm up at 5 AM and usually go until 10 at night.
motivation isn't the problem.
feeling a little tired, a little sore, but hit my heart-rate targets.
Improve overall health
I am able to get started, and once started I give myself a decent workout.
I am fairly experienced, but by no means an expert.
I prefer to exercise alone.
