Working mother of a 2 year old. Trying to lose this baby weight I gained from my pregnancy. Always make excuses to not work out.
To lose my belly, get toned and look good in all my before baby clothes which are collecting dust in my closet.
short timed workouts spread out several times a day
finding time to do it. taking care of a baby, working & helping hubby with business. when do i find time for me?
