  • Working mother of a 2 year old. Trying to lose this baby weight I gained from my pregnancy. Always make excuses to not work out.

  • To lose my belly, get toned and look good in all my before baby clothes which are collecting dust in my closet.

  • short timed workouts spread out several times a day

  • finding time to do it. taking care of a baby, working & helping hubby with business. when do i find time for me?
